Excerpt-

Emma's fake, contact enhanced, green eyes turned into slits as she slithered closer to me. Despite the difference in size and strength, with me being the stronger one, I still shrunk away from Emma. Unfortunately she noticed and her smirk widened into a grin. "Look at what we have here, ladies. Chastity is actually afraid of us."

"Afraid?" Nickole said. Her curly blond hair bounced as she talked. "No I don't think she's afraid. I just think she's jealous. I mean who wouldn't be jealous of us? We don't have to shop in the fat ladies stores." A lump formed in my throat. "And we don't have to worry about our friends, guy friends none the less, being thinner than us. If I were her I would be jealous."

"If I were her-" Gabby added. Her Latin skin was even darker despite the fact that it was November and winter hit full force. The sun hadn't been out in weeks. "If I were her I would just want to kill myself...really." The girls laughed as they stared at me. "Go ahead Chastity, kill yourself. You know you've thought about it and I promise, no one will miss you."

"Leave her alone," Kevin said, taking a step in front of me. He was doing his best to try to shield me from them. "At least she's real unlike the four of you."

"Yeah real fat you mean," Emma said. There was a pause. "So tell me something, Chastity. Did your parents name you Chastity because they knew that you would never have a guy desperate enough to sleep with you?"

Reviews-

“You will fall in love with the characters in this book and be pulling for them to overcome what obstacles that fall in their path and you just want some of them to wake up to the world around them so that they can move forward with their lives.” Traann - Goodreads
“I love a good cry and a book that takes you to that emotional level.” Mindy - Goodreads
“The writing is smooth and flows easily. This is a book you can pick up and easily get caught up in without realizing how much time has gone by.” Tommy - Goodreads
“The characters are all developed very well, and I believe most readers can associate with one more of them, or any of the experiences that they go through. I loved the love story, and craved more. Can't wait to read the sequel!” Suzanne - Goodreads
“Wolff’s novel transported me back to the confusing days of high school. It reminded me of my first boyfriend, my first kiss and my first love. The intimate scenes with Xavier, the love interest, took my breath away and I felt the power of their attraction early on.” Nicole Galloway Miller - Goodreads
“This story again proves that growing up is very difficult, and that other people around a teenager can make decisions that will have consequences which will last for years.” RC Bowen - Amazon
“The story captures the passion and confusion all teen girls face when coming of age. Wolff tells the story with compassion and intelligence.” Teacher – Amazon

Excerpt-
I was barely out the bookstore door when I heard Xavier calling my name. I ignored him, quickening my pace, but he caught up quickly and grabbed my upper arm. Everyone on the street walking stopped and stared. Behind Xavier I saw Noel. She was glaring at me, her eyes narrowed, and her plastic finger nails tapping on her arm. She was chewing gum and constantly blew bubbles. In the sun her white dress became sheer and I averted my eyes, too disgusted to look at what she didn’t have on.
“Leave me alone Xavier,” I said before he could open his mouth. “You made it obnoxiously clear that I don’t mean anything to you so stop bothering me. I didn’t come to this town because I knew you were coming nor did I visit this bookstore in hopes of seeing you. Honestly I couldn’t care less if I saw you.” Okay so that was a bold face lie I just hoped that Xavier did not see right through it. He also didn’t need to know how he made my heart stutter or my legs become spaghetti. The less he knew about how he affected me, the better off we would both be.
“I didn’t mean that. Listen Noel sometimes is a little much, gets a little paranoid. I haven’t been able to deal with her mood swings lately and I’m just doing my best not to set her off. You don’t know what it’s like when she’s in one of her moods.”
“Then why are you even with her?” I questioned. “If she’s so bad then why stay with her? Is she just that great at sex?” I couldn’t believe the iciness in my voice. Nothing had ever had this much affect on me, not even finding out that Jullian had lied to me.
More people were staring but this time I didn’t care. Let them see that the supposedly famous Xavier Marsh get reamed out by the new stranger. It would be great dinner table talk. The least I could do was to give these people some excitement in their small town. I was sure that they didn’t get much of that.
“It was a futile attempt to get over you, okay?” Xavier said. I could tell he was forcing himself to keep his voice strong, controlled.
“That is such bull,” I said. “What, couldn’t think of a better lie?”
“It’s not a lie, it’s the truth whether you believe it or not,” Xavier growled “You can’t tell me you didn’t do the same thing. I know for a fact that you did.” The way Xavier said it made me uneasy. What the hell is he talking about? “Don’t look at me like that, Chastity. I know that after I left, you and Jullian hooked up. I came to try and find you, about a week after my eighteenth birthday. I couldn’t wait to see you because I knew I had a lot of explaining to do. I couldn’t wait to start over with you. But when I finally found you at the park, you were on the swings and Jullian was behind you. He was pushing you and you…you looked like you were pregnant.” Before the words even hit my ears, I covered my face with my hands. I knew exactly when he was talking about too. I felt sick to my stomach.

Excerpt~
Clover watched his chest widen as he inhaled. He owned the bar and did the tending? Impressive. One little thing to settle. "My savior..." she purred and reached for him, sliding her body up against his. "What do you want for your heroic deed, sir?" Her voice took on a note of sarcasm. "Perhaps I should repay you with a nice, long fuck. Is that what you want?" She brushed a hand along his chest and walked a circle around him. It's what all men wanted, and if she could oblige, she would. Despite her hurt pride, she found his masculinity, his strength penetrating every part of the bar, captivating.
"I want nothing from you. I only did what any gentleman would have done, Elfess."
Her heart skipped. He'd already nicknamed her. Anger flared. "I can handle myself. You had no reason to interfere." It didn't matter that she liked the nickname and how it rolled off his tongue in that smooth low voice. She didn't need a protector.
People began to stare.
"And what could you have done as his fist collided with your pretty face? I couldn't have that now, could I?" His eyebrow arched.
"It wouldn't have hit me. I would have moved out of the way. He was slow. I had everything under control. You men are all the same—only looking to fulfill your own pride, make sure you're seen in a good light. I'm no distressed elfling." Clover stepped back.
Anger permeated him. His nostrils flared out and his face turned the cutest shade of red. Clover resisted the urge to smile.
"Next time, I will oblige your pride." He advanced on her, taking away the distance between them. His jaw clenched when he reached her. Clover moved backwards, wary of his intentions. His green eyes glared. "Are you worried now, Elfess?"

If I had to describe myself, it would be in a word that has infinite meanings with a complexity which falls off the tongue.
A word made up of many elements, is deceptive in appearance, and creates an illusion from the imagination.
       My word would be Phantasmagoric.

Excerpt-
“Now what?”
“Nothing.” Rach sniffed.
Craig shifted to eye her warily. “Since when do you answer me with single words?”
“Since I decided I’m not talking to you,” she answered with a shrug, crumpling up the white paper wrapper from her sub.
Craig leaned his face in close to her neck and enjoyed the startled jerk of her shoulders. Her eyes opened wide in surprise. His breath shifted a few strands of hair at the nape of her neck as he whispered, “Why, because you want me?”
“You’re incorrigible,” she said, breathless, her cheeks flushed.
She’s enjoying this. The thought pleased him. Rach was on her back beside him now, her eyes closed. He glanced around the park to see if anyone was watching. No one was. He could swoop in for a kiss and no one would catch him. No one would care, he told himself. She won’t mind…
“I can feel you staring.”
Craig smiled down at her. “So what.”
She peeked at him with one green eye. “So stop it.”
“And if I don’t?” Maybe she’d tackle him, push him down on the blanket and…
She didn’t. She promptly closed her eye and went back to pretending indifference. “I’ll hit you, that’s what.”
“Not if I do this, you won’t.”
He’d only meant it to be a short kiss, but the pleasure of touching his lips to hers kept him there longer. Her tongue was velvet soft and warm against his and the slow mating of their mouths quickened his heartbeat even as he told himself, It’s no big deal, just a kiss.
She nipped his bottom lip and sent heat sliding through his body. The woman could kiss.
She whispered soft against his lips, “Now why don’t you admit that it’s you who wants me.”

clip_image015[4]About the Author –
Niecey Roy knew she wanted to be a writer from a very young age, but her moment of enlightenment came after watching the movie You’ve Got Mail. It was then she realized her place in life, and happily parked her butt on writing romance. Her dream was to create sexy vixens, hunky, half-naked heroes, and above all, romance; lots and lots of butterflies in the belly, breathless first kisses and happily-ever-afters.
When she’s not at her day job where she works as a legal assistant, she can be found at home at a cluttered desk, pounding her tired little fingers away on a keyboard with nothing but black pepper flavored sunflower seeds and Visine as her weapons for mass-romance-novel-creation. When her fingers need a break, you’ll find her at a table with friends, drinking a few martinis and showing off a new pair of (sometimes ridiculous) high heels. She’s usually the loudest at the table and most often the one snorting with laughter.
Niecey is the author of Fender Bender Blues, a contemporary romantic comedy published by The Wild Rose Press. Her new novel to be released November 2013, Another Shot At Love, is the first novel in the What’s Love??? series.
